SELECTION AND PLACEMENT

Gürallar Group aims to be an organization where everyone wants to be employed and of which employees proudly speak. To this end, the Company selects eligible candidates for the company pool and appoints them to optimum positions after fair assessment processes.

EMPLOYMENT

  • Qualified candidates are invited to an interview with Human Resources and a representative of the requesting department.
  • Personal and/or group interviews are held with candidates depending on the requirements of the position.
  • After the interview, scientific and objective selection tools proved to be successful, such as foreign language tests, general ability tests and personal inventory are applied.
  • Candidates who succeed in all steps are invited to another interview with the participation of Senior Management and/or Human Resources Board if necessary.

Salaries of accepted candidates are determined in accordance with our corporate payment administration based on the position and experience. Company informs the candidate of the salary and benefits and offers the job.

INTERNSHIP PROGRAM

Gürallar Group annually implements comprehensive internship programs for high school and university students to attract new talent to the Company.

Applications for compulsory university internships and project-based internship programs are made online via the web site of the related company or by means of advertisements on career sites. Individual applications at university events are accepted for project-based internship programs.

Students are admitted to intern selection and placement processes for project-based internship programs. Meetings are organized in different cities to conduct interviews for project internships.

Students participating in project-based internships within Gürallar Group’s companies operating in Glass Manufacturing Businesses are provided with accommodation and salary benefits.

Students gain experience which will contribute to their future business life by involving interdisciplinary networks during their internships within Gürallar Group. Moreover, depending on their internship success, they have the opportunity for a full-time employment within the Group.

CRITERIA REQUIREMENTS FOR PROJECT INTERN CANDIDATES

  • 3rd or 4th Year (Graduate) Undergraduate /1st Year PostGraduate Degree
  • Field of study in a specific department, related to business operations of our companies
  • Details of qualifications required can be seen in project intern advertisements published annually.
